The personal data that we collect about you is necessary to verify and confirm your identity, and where appropriate to manage and operate the human resources processes within the company, for the internal control of knowledge and personal skills, to comply with the obligations derived of the legal relationship that the owner of the data maintains with THE COMPANY, to comply with the provisions that mark the laws that govern labor relations, as well as the laws and regulations of the related institutions, such as the Mexican Institute of Social Security ( IMSS), the Institute of the National Fund for Workers' Housing (INFONAVIT), Institute of the National Fund for Workers' Consumption (FONACOT), and the Tax Administration System (SAT); as well as to register your data in the computer program Single Self-Determination System (SUA).
