Our operations begin in 1970 with the highest level of inspection of establishments to process meat in Mexico under the TIF 45 certification.

In the 80's UGASA is registered as a brand and since then we export to the USA, Asia and Europe complying with all the standards of our clients and foreign authorities.

In order to diversify our products and have more presence in the national market, in 1996, Alimentos Preformados SA de CV was born with the capacity to generate finished products with added value, which have been recognized by many clients as products with a high level of quality.

In recent years, new production lines such as Topping and Ground Meat have been incorporated to meet the demand of the Food Service market and Retail butchery.

In Preformed Foods we are always innovating our processes incorporating new technologies and better food safety controls, which has allowed us to be one of the most important companies in frozen foods in Retail in Mexico.
