How to cook our Hamburguer

STEP 1

DO NOT THAW THE BURGER

  • You do not need to defrost the burgers before cooking them.
  • Frozen burgers are ready to cook.
  • Thawing them can ruin the texture of the meat, making them mushy and not browning well.

STEP 2

COOK ON THE GRILL OR ON THE STOVE

  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Once the temperature on the grill is correct (150°C), place the frozen hamburger and cook it on both sides.
  • Continue cooking until the juices that come out of the burger run clear and a crisp, flavorful crust appears.
  • Take care that the burger is cooked evenly, so you don't end up with raw meat inside.
  • Remove the burger from the grill and serve it to your liking.

STEP 3

COOKING TIME

  • Cooking time is largely determined by the thickness of the meat and how frozen the burger is.
  • Cook for approximately 3 to 5 minutes on each side of the burger for 15 to 25 minutes depending on desired doneness.
  • When the patty comes off the grill on its own, it's another indicator that the proper temperature has been reached on each side.

STEP 4

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Be careful not to thaw the hamburger before cooking it.
  • To separate the hamburgers from their packaging, preferably use a wooden cutlery.
  • To keep the burgers juicy, avoid smashing your burgers with the spatula.
  • If you do not use all the product in the package, store it in the freezer so that it does not get warm and does not lose its properties.
  • Always keep the hamburger frozen, once thawed, do not refreeze it.
  • Never start frozen patties on a cold grill or skillet.
